WHY ARE YOUR CARDS NOT SHOWN IN FULL COLOR?

Our Novelty ID samples are not available for viewing full color for some of the most obvious reasons. Due to the privacy, security and confidentiality of respected organizations, we do not wish to provide these authentic looking Novelty Id samples in full color, as some of our competitors, and possibly persons who wish to violate local and international laws. Some persons will try to replicate them in order to copy and infringe upon Licensed Products Trademarks and Images that are issued for legitimate purposes. We do not wish to encourage persons who are not authorized to sell Novelty products to copy and print these fine looking samples for any illegal purpose as we only issue them for Novelty non-commercial, personal or educational purposes only. The Novelty Id cards you order from us will be received by you in full color, however, the samples you see are for viewing purposes only and are provided in distorted black and white format for obvious reasons.  

WHY DO YOU SELL NOVELTY ITEMS, ISN'T IT AGAINST THE LAW?

Consumer  advocates who violate your privacy are against the sale of novelty id, and due the their own insecurities are interested in shutting us down. They hope to fool people into believing that ordering a novelty id for your own amusement is illegal. Some advocates have even tried every trick so they can to have this site removed. So we guess that is a good thing. It must mean we are affecting their business. Of course they are upset about a site that supplies the best novelty products available anywhere. We really don't care what negative things are said, but you have every right to own a novelty souvenir product as long as it is for your own amusement, and you have no intention of violating any state, federal or international laws.  This site will continue to provide novelty products until such time that a new law is enacted that prohibit the sale of novelty souvenir products.

Legally issued official licenses and documents are generally provided by the government or accredited  issuing authority in specific jurisdictions to be used by various individuals for legitimate purposes. Usually, for a small fee the government or accredited issuing authority will also make certain novelty and souvenir products available to collectors. Some of these items range from Commemorative Birth Certificates, Souvenir Awards, Souvenir License Plates, etc. The earliest record of sample plates is 1926. Since 1985, various government offices and issuing authorities have issued what it refers to as 'sample' , 'souvenir' or novelty items, and are still made available by proper authorities to the public. What YOU do with your novelty id defines legality. All novelty items are privately issued, and  produced under Private Contract, in accordance with Article 1, Section 2, Clause 1, of the U.S. Constitution (for US-based customers). We do not and will not knowingly make novelty id for any terrorist organization or for any illegal use.

We advise against any actions with these Novelty ID cards. They are conversational novelty ids to be enjoyed for your own amusement and entertainment purposes! You are legally allowed to own a novelty or souvenir id, and they are not to be used for any illegal purpose or to be presented or acted upon as legitimate government issued cards. You have every right to be very concerned. DO YOUR NOVELTY ID'S LOOK REAL?

These ID's are issued for novelty, and they are very real, and are for personal use only, and are not to be acted upon for any illegal purpose. They simply identify you as a natural person. For clarity it is necessary to define the difference between natural Rights, which are unalienable and not within the power of government to grant, and privileges and benefits, which clearly are. Natural Rights include (but are not limited to) the right to: contract, work, get married, use public roads (liberty of movement), own property, open a business, choose your own destiny, worship, defend yourself, etc.

Privileges and benefits may include any activity that gives the beneficiary a special advantage not usually granted to the general public. These special advantages are usually granted by way of a license or permit. A license is defined as 'permission given by a competent authority to do something that would otherwise be unlawful'. The question is, do you, as most people believe, need permission (license and permit) to contract, work, get married, use the public roads (liberty of movement), own property, open a business, choose their own destiny, worship, defend themselves, etc.? The answer is ... you don't. That is unless you voluntarily, by your own free will and volition, apply for, are granted, and accept the fictitious privilege or benefit being offered. We grant you these real novelty id cards for your own personal use.  This means that your natural Rights to obtain a real novelty id cannot be converted to privileges (without your consent), and privileges cannot be converted to Rights (without consent of the authority).

In order to get any government privilege or benefit, you must fill out a form and provide false (or hearsay) information to the government in order for you to be registered in their database. Although our novelty id is real, they are not issued by any government office or bureau, and we cannot register your novelty id or document in any government database. If you feel that you must carry some form of identification, then order our real novelty id. Only the 'Creator' is above the authority of a natural man.
 

CAN I USE ANY NAME ON MY NOVELTY ID?

Perhaps you may remember the TV mini-series, titled, 'Roots' by Mr. Alex Haley. The series was about a king from Africa named, Kunta Kinte (actual spelling unknown to the author.) He was taken captive and brought to America as a slave. His slave master didn't like Kunta Kinte having the name of a king, and was promptly given the name of "Toby" by his new master. This is essentially what has happened to nearly everyone in Canada, Europe and America. The only difference is that Kunta Kinte did not have a choice. If you have accepted your slave name and carry a government issued ID to confirm it, then it was done so, voluntarily. The fact is, you have the power to change your Lawfully 'given' name any time you wish. You did not choose it, your parents chose it. They did not ask your permission before granting you the name.

There is no law written that makes it mandatory for anyone to accept the name they were given at birth. No matter what your name is, one thing is for sure ... you did not issue it to yourself. You willfully accepted your name hoping to receive some type of special privilege or benefit granted by the person who gave you that name. Basically, what this means is that you the weaker party has no realistic choice as to the name you want to use. We are not suggesting that you change your lawfully 'given name.' Each time someone shoves a piece of paper with your name written in all capital letters under your nose, whistles, bells, sirens, and alarms should go off. This paper should be rejected, followed by a firm request to spell your name correctly. But of course, they can't and won't do it. Don't believe it? Try it sometime. You did not choose to be identified by the name you currently use, but until you do something about it, you will have no choice. The information provided herein is for your own educational purposes. WHAT ID NUMBER DO YOU USE & CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN NUMBER FOR NOVELTY ID?

Almost every id card or number identifier rely on special codes derived from "Soundex," a 120- year-old indexing system  used by every card issuing company. It was designed to help clerks quickly index and retrieve sound-alike surnames with different spellings -- like "Rogers" and "Rodgers" or "Brown" and "Browne" -- that would be scattered in an alphabetical list.

Soundex gives each name and number a key code using its first letter and dropping the vowels and giving number codes to similar-sounding vowels (like "S" and "C"). The system gives the same code, L350, for "Laden" and all similar-sounding names: Lydon, Lawton, and Leedham. Soundex is well known these days to most government, genealogical, souvenir, hobbyists and almost anyone who wants to provide a coding system for their identifier.  The soundex coding system was developed so that you can find a surname even though it may have been recorded under various spellings.

All our novelty items are indexed individually based on state, province or country of issue. You may place your own identifier on any novelty card or items that have been lost or misplaced. Please provide this information to us on your novelty order form when placing your order.

IS IT ILLEGAL TO OWN A NOVELTY ID?

Our Novelty ID cards are issued with restricted rights for non-commercial, personal or educational and souvenir purposes only. Remember, there is NO law that requires anyone to carry government issued ID cards of any type. There is also NO law that prevents anyone from carrying their own personal ID cards. These ID's are perfectly lawful, if used in a lawful manner. That is, they cannot be use to commit a crime or defraud the public. There my be some jurisdictions that may prohibit you to possess any type of novelty id or documents, but at the time of this writing, we were not aware of any law that makes it illegal to possess  a Novelty ID for your in home exhibition and souvenir entertainment and educational purposes. It is your responsibility to use the novelty items in a lawful manner that does not violate any local or international laws,  and you are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. In particular, you should never use the novelty items for any fraudulent purposes.

The majority of the people in the world carry identification cards granted or issued by others. This allows others to create the persona and the lawful standing of the man or woman. It is an established fact that the 'created' can never be greater than the 'creator'. Whatever the 'creator' creates, he controls. Also, the 'creator' cannot elevate the 'created' above the standing of the 'creator'. For example, a city mayor cannot appoint a state governor. Although most people carry ID cards, they have absolutely no foundation in law whatsoever. There is no law written that makes it mandatory for anyone to carry any type of ID.

AM I LICENSED TO DRIVE A VEHICLE WITH THE PURCHASE OF YOUR NOVELTY ID?

Absolutely not. Although our versions of novelty cards are original and very authentic looking, they are not issued to you by any government motor vehicle office. This automatically restricts your rights to drive a vehicle, as the only department authorized to provide you with a legitimate license is a government regulated body.  We are not a government regulated body, and we cannot give you permission to drive a motor vehicle.

We require that an order form be filled out by everyone who purchases our very authentic looking Novelty ID cards. The order form has a section for the  QUANTITY, ORDER# & DESCRIPTION. Order # appears under each card i.e.: SD001 or NY098.  If you do not have a printer, you may write out the information on the order form on a separate piece of paper and send in your order. All orders must be signed by the person placing the order. Orders which have not been signed could be confiscated by customs and rejected when it arrives at our forwarding office. If you do not have a printer or are unable to print our order form, you may write out the order form, and acknowledge that you have read our conditions of sale, and are aware that these items are sold for novelty and entertainment purposes only, and confirm that your only intention is for novelty use.
 
HOW DO I FILL OUT ORDER FORM & AVOID ANY DELAYS?

For the protection of our valued customers we strongly recommend that your order forms are filled out correctly or your order may be delayed by customs or our forwarding and processing department. HOW CAN I GET THE CORRECT PHOTO AND BACKGROUND COLOR?

You can send any size picture you like, as long as the face is approximately 1" x 1". You may even have a photo taken with a Polaroid camera, at a photo boot or at any photo studio. Do not trim the photo, we will trim it for you. For background colors it is best to use a blue background which is available at most photo studios and photo booths, or choose a specific background color to match your own Province, State or Country. You may even use a bed sheet or blanket as a backdrop in order to get the background color you desire. Make sure you are standing at least 3 feet from the camera when taking the photos yourself.

HOW CAN I SAVE A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY?

You can save money on shipping and handling if you order several Novelty Id cards at the same time. Many of our customers get their friends to all order at the same time and ship all the cards to one address. In this way you only pay for the shipping and handling fee once.
